Great room and friendly service. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, with everything we needed for a city break. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist with any requests we had. The location is also great - very close to the main attractions and with easy access to transport.

The shower facilities in our room could have been better as they were a little outdated and not as modern as we would have liked. there was some noise from the street at night, which could be heard in our room and disturbed our sleep on occasion.

The hotel is hidden down a maze of streets, but it is actually very close to everything. The location is perfect, close to the city centre and transportation. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, offering great service and a delicious breakfast.

Nothing to complain about, all was good.

Best Choice in the Heart of the Medina: we had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main entrance of the Medina and surrounded by restaurants and shops. the hotel provided us with a delicious breakfast and the room was clean and spacious. A special mention to the friendly staff who were knowledgeable about local recommendations and gave us great advice on nearby attractions. the hotel had great facilities including a beautiful fountain in the courtyard.

the only small downside was that the room was a bit noisy at night due to the lively location, but this did not affect our experience.

Tucked away in a maze of streets, this hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and everything you need, just a short walk outside of the train station. the room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and contained every modern convenience for a comfortable stay. the staff were extremely friendly, arranging drivers and guides, suggesting restaurants and places to see, and even walking guests to nearby restaurants. Breakfast in the courtyard was a treat with excellent food and service.

I didn't get a chance to experience any views from the hotel.
